Welcome to hangaon.in. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Hangaon ("Hangaon", "we", "us" or "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Products and information

• We make every effort to describe our products, ingredients, usage instructions and images accurately. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown.
• Our products are cosmetic and personal-care products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product descriptions are for general information only and do not replace advice from a doctor or dermatologist.
• Results vary from person to person. Always read the label, follow the directions and precautions, and do a patch test before first use. Stop using a product and consult a doctor if irritation occurs.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes, including GST. Delivery within India is free.
• The MRP shown is the maximum retail price printed on the product. Our selling price may be lower.
• Prices, offers and availability may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if a product is out of stock, there is a pricing or listing error, we suspect fraud, or we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please inform us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses or harmful code, copying our content for commercial use, or posting false, abusive or unlawful content, including reviews.

8. Reviews and content you share

If you share reviews, photos or videos with us, you confirm they are genuine and your own. You allow us to use, reproduce and display them on our website and social media in connection with our brand. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

All content on this website, including the Hangaon name and logo, product names, images, videos, text and designs, belongs to Hangaon or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not use it without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hangaon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products, including loss caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions or allergic reactions where precautions were not followed. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Hangaon against any claims or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, the courts at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page. Your continued use of the website means you accept the updated Terms.
