Shipping policy

1. Free delivery across India
Delivery is free on every order shipped within India. There is no minimum order value.
2. Prices include all taxes
All prices shown on hangaon.in are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes, including GST. There are no hidden charges at checkout.
3. Dispatch and delivery timelines
- Processing and dispatch: within 1–2 business days of your order being confirmed.
- Delivery: within 3–7 business days of dispatch, depending on your location.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Deliveries to remote locations, or during festivals, sale periods, extreme weather or other events beyond our control, may take a little longer.
4. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details at the email address or phone number you provided at checkout.
5. Delivery address
Please make sure your shipping address, PIN code and phone number are complete and correct. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately — we can update the address only before the order is dispatched.
6. Damaged, missing or incorrect items
If your parcel arrives damaged, or an item is missing or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (and an unboxing video, if possible). See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
7. Shipping outside India
We currently ship only within India.
